If you are new to Pilates we recommend that your first session be in a Mat-Essentials (Beginner) class, or for more personalised attention, book the Introductory Package.
The Introductory Package includes a Fitness Screening & Postural Assessment plus 2 private sessions. You will be introduced to the principles of the Pilates forming an awareness of your own body's strengths and weaknesses.
You then have the option to either continue with private or semi-private sessions or join a variety of Group classes. We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations or injuries and those who are new to Pilates. |
