Helen has been a pilates instructor for over 20 years. Before starting Pilatesinsync, she spent 3 years as a pilates instructor and group fitness co-ordinator at various health clubs.

Courtney Solomon

Courtney is a professionally trained classical ballet dancer who began Pilates training as an excellent supplement for both her strength and flexibility needs.

Bianca De Santis

Bianca has trained and competed as a classical/contemporary dancer and a ballroom Latin Dancer over the past 16 years.

Prue Campbell

Prue is passionate about Pilates and looks forward to teaching classes and improving people’s lives.

Shannon’s love for Pilates started when she was just a teenager and it has been a part of her life ever since. She studied a Bachelor of Commerce and has worked in marketing and advertising in companies such as Google and Pinterest.

Georgette is a Professional Contemporary Dancer, Dance Teacher and Pilates Movement Therapist.
