A private session is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect Pilates performance to achieve your individual goals.
The instructor devotes undivided attention to your specific needs and develops a customized program to produce optimum results. Private sessions are ideal for anyone with a pre-existing condition such as back, neck or general joint pain. They are also extremely well suited for athletes & dancers who wish to gain that competitive edge.
In private sessions, you can take advantage of the different Pilates equipment, such as the Reformers, Fitball, Pilates Arc and other small apparatus available at the studio.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS (3 PEOPLE)
Semi-private sessions are ideal for clients looking to workout together and share the benefits of a private session at a reduced rate per individual.
For those new to Pilates, Fitness Screening & Postural Assessments may also be conducted in these sessions, to assist in customising exercises to your specific needs and learn to the pilates principles and techniques and prior to entering group classes.
