Shannon’s love for Pilates started when she was just a teenager and it has been a part of her life ever since.
She studied a Bachelor of Commerce and has worked in marketing and advertising in companies such as Google and Pinterest.
After taking a year off to travel the world she realised she wanted to make Pilates a bigger part of her life and upon returning enrolled in a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction with Pilates ITC. Throughout her studies she was mentored by Helen at Pilates Insync learning mat, reformer and studio repertoire. Since completing her diploma in early 2020 she has officially joined the Pilates Insync team.
Shannon likes to provide a total body workout whilst focusing on client specific needs. She enjoys helping her clients progress, achieve their goals and have fun doing so.
